Just hanging out!

July 25 – It got cold last night, down in the 40’s and today the high was 78 but took a long time to get there.  Didn’t need the AC all day.  Might need heat tonight!

We thought we were going to Rexburg today but the Ford dealer didn’t call that Bill’s parts were in so he called and found out they were!  Not surprising.  He couldn’t get an appointment for today but for tomorrow afternoon at 3:30.

I did a load of laundry and caught up on downloading photos from yesterday and caught up writing the blog and posting it.  I made some calls and made some cards I needed to put in the mail.  Bill did some outside stuff and after lunch took the mail to the post office. 

There were two hummingbirds today! 

I made a big dinner, pickle steaks, baked white potato for Bill and baked sweet potato for me and fresh green beans.  I planned to make a chocolate pudding cake but didn’t have enough cocoa powder, it’s now on the shopping list.  Dinner took a while to cook once I prepped it so I got to spend some time reading for a while.  I think I have my shopping list for tomorrow ready to go.  We won’t leave until after lunch since the car appointment is so late.

Dinner was good and the leftovers are always better!
