July 23 – What a yucky day! It rained most of the day on and off and
never made it to 70. Bill tried to wash
the car and work on the mud flap but then it’d rain again. I found places for all of the stuff we
bought yesterday so we could walk around again and bagged up things we’re
taking out of the RV when we get home.
I eventually caught up on my
journal and did some stuff for work. I
baked gluten free oatmeal butterscotch chip cookies and put some in the freezer
for later and cleaned my stove really good.
For dinner we had gluten free
spaghetti, Bill’s had meatballs and mine had chicken. That emptied 2 containers out of the
fridge. I made a meatloaf to freeze for
later in the week and burgers to freeze.
I also made 2 batches of hummingbird feed but with the on and off again
rain we didn’t get the hooks off the back of the RV to hang my feeders from.
Becky came by and asked if we
were OK to open everything tomorrow and pretty much run the show. The only glitch is Bill hasn’t completed his
propane training. We told her we are
fine with everything and she said the park is full through Sunday so that’s
good.
Time now for my shower as
tomorrow is an early work day and maybe tonight I will post a few days.
