Lunch and a Movie!

June 11 – It was supposed to be rainy today but although the skies got really gray it didn’t rain.  Very good for us!  We did some morning chores and decided to have a nice lunch out.  Of course the place we wanted to go to isn’t open on Saturday for lunch.  We had Mexican and it was very good and the décor in the restaurant was lovely.

We stopped at 3 thrift stores and bought a few more books and a couple of kitchen items.  Then it was time to go to the movie theatre.  Bill dropped me off and the theatre while he found a parking spot.  We had a short wait for them to open the ticket sales but “Top Gun” was well worth the wait.  We were with the “senior” crowd.  The movie was awesome!  We really enjoyed it and think we should get back on track with our Saturday night dinner and movie regiment!

For dinner we had some chicken pasta salad I made yesterday and turned on the TV for a while.  We head out in the morning for Divide, MT.  We have 2 nights there but might just do one and get into Missoula a day early if they can work it for us.  Hoping for no rain but think it’s in the works whether we like it or not!
