We
stopped at the library and Bruce honked as they passed. The library wasn’t open yet so
we got back on
the road and only had about 10 minutes in line at the pass for the work being
done. We felt rather fortunate. We could
see Bruce and Sharon up ahead of us.

My only shot of both planes at the same time |
Dave’s
Jubilee in on the way so we did a
quick stop for rhubarb and a few other
veggies and some sausage. Then it was
back on the road and this time we were stopped for 30 minutes as the pass. Today was sunny out and it got hot once Bill
turned the truck off. It was nice to
get back on the road.
First time we've seen the white one |
The
library was open on the way back so Bill turned in a stack and came back with a
larger stack.
Once
we got everything unloaded and mostly put away it was definitely time for some
lunch. After lunch it was nice and sunny
out so I got out the bed headboard wall décor that we took down a few days ago
and started taking it apart. I wasn’t at
it for 15 minutes when the wind blew up and it looked like a big rain was coming. I called for Bill to come give me a hand and
we worked fast and got it all taken apart, put the parts back in 2 garbage bags
and back under the RV.
It
poured and poured!
I
made a great dinner of baked Steelhead Trout, corn on the cob, grilled asparagus
and peach jello pie for dessert. Time to
relax and watch a bit of TV.
Sharon says HHHMMM, Steel head trout, she likes. Not me. Glad you had a productive day. Yes we saw you pulling up at the pass. Have a great day,see you both in October.
