Back to work

August 16 - I was back to work with Sherrie who had a great time at Glacier National Park.  She just got in last night and I’m sure she was a tired puppy, but that didn’t keep us from laughing and having as much fun as you can while working.

Gina baked some Reese cup cookies and Sherrie and I got to be the guinea pigs.  Not a bad job to have! They were yummy!  It was a slow day but we still had a fun.  We were totally done with the cleaning before 7 and thought since it was a slow day we would have no trouble balancing.  Well, we were off almost the total of a 2 night stay.  We went over and over the register tape and everything was there but we were still over.  Then Gina remembered a fluke that occurred earlier in the season that is caused by using the “clear” button.  So that was our issue and we finally made it home.

Bill had the wine bottle on the counter waiting with my wine glass, ah, just what I needed!
