Lazy day with dinner out!

August 24 – I was up at 6 for some reason, and once Bill got up I really wasn’t too motivated to make breakfast.  He was on his own and I had a bowl of granola!  Then he went out to help with more campground projects and I did some laundry and baked cookies.  I kept busy by delivering cookies, crocheting and reading.  Not a bad way to spend a day off.

We headed in to West Yellowstone about 4 as Bill wanted to get a t-shirt about Island Park and we went in the “closing” store and I got a nice black zipper hoodie marked down.  Then we parked on the street where we were having dinner and visited several of the shops along there.

Bill chose Three Bear Restaurant for dinner.  We ate there on a prior trip but he didn’t remember.  It’s a very nice place and the food is very good.  He had the bison sirloin tips and I had the trout.  My huckleberry margarita was pretty tasty as well. 

It was getting dark for the drive home but we didn’t see any wildlife!!
