Fruity day!

August 27 – Bill did a short trip into town to fill his truck with gas and do a bit of grocery shopping this morning.  I did the housework and the usual laundry.  Once he got back from the store, he left to for Buell’s Orchard after calling to make sure they still had peaches.  He came home with 5 pounds of them and a 6 pack of blueberry donuts.  This is after I made a zucchini bread, so we’re good for breakfast items for a few days!

We had dinner in Mansfield at a recommended Mexican place, Coyote Flaco.  The food was excellent but service was pretty slow.  Looks like they could have used a couple more servers and cooks! The cool thing is all of the condiments, like sour cream, guacamole, refried beans came out in appropriate size flour tortilla fluted little cups.  Then once you used the condiment or side, you could eat the cup as well.

Days off are over so we just relaxed and rested up for our next 3 days!
