Back to work!

August 19 – Ugh, up at 6:45 and off to work we went! It's a different group of people that come in on Wednesdays. Not nearly as busy as Friday and Saturday. Elaine stayed home sick and Wendell finally came in about 11 and used the front loader to put some dirt and gravel in the drive way. He smoothed it out and Bill raked it the rest of the way. Will be much nicer for folks in big rigs coming in.

Bill finished his project of staining 2 coats on the entrance poles today. They look really nice. He also re-stained any stray benches that he found. I think he has some picnic tables he wants to do also.

Nothing much went on, Wendell left and didn't say a word but we've closed before so that's no problem. Bill came and helped me with the trash and floors and I managed to get out before 7:30. We had Lean Cuisines tonight. I gave Bill a choice of that or the rotisserie chicken. So dinner was easy to fix and tasted pretty good after a long day. Since it's slowed down a lot I got to make more scrubbies.

I stayed up til 11 to watch my show, Suits, and called it a night!
