I'm Back!!

Captains Log August 29 – My laptop got sick last night so when I turned it on today I got some messages that I didn’t like!  Could not set up a timely appointment for it until we get to St. George, UT.  So I hope everyone read the “Guest” post by my daughter, Kam.  I had a few posts written before the crash but had not posted them until I got my photos all downloaded and in order so you might want to look back a few days in case you missed anything of real interest.

Today’s drive was mountainous and boring.  At the end of the journey we drove past the entrance of Arches National Monument, just outside of Moab, UT.  Our campground was at the far end of the town, OK Corral RV where we stayed once before in our 5^th wheel.

As we drove through town it was not nearly as packed with people and cars as it was the first 2 times we were here.  It was nice to know we could park and not circle for ages!

We settled in our pull thru spot and later took a drive thru town again and looked around at what was new and what was the same.  The town is growing still and there were several new hotels.  Looking forward to going to the park tomorrow.
